Rajasthan Trip Report
I would like to share with you my experiences from Rajasthan trip. We had a slight idea of the places we wanted to visit in Rajasthan, but were also open to new ideas. We finally finalised our itinerary. As we had less days, so we thought to stick to Rajasthan only.
It doesn't matter which city you are in, but if you have hired the guide, then he will want you to enter into any handicrafts or some shops. In our case, guides in Agra and Udaipur were not good. But the guides in Jaipur, Mandawa, Jodhpur were excellent. No COMPLAINTS
2) CAR AND DRIVER
We booked our tour with Mr. Singh, a Delhi based driver. We contacted many agents but finally decided to hire an independent car and driver. Mr. Singh was recommended to us by our common friend. He drives his own vehicles with his brothers for tourists traveling to India. His rates were also reasonable. For our tour, unfortunately, Mr. singh was not available, but his brother Vijay drove us around Rajasthan. We loved traveling with him. He knew all routes and even helped us with useful information. We booked Toyota Etios and it was neat everyday and mineral water was always in the car. We loved Vijay. The best part about our trip.
We booked our own hotels at all the places. Everything was fine with hotels. We tried different cuisines in Jaipur and Udaipur. The food was delicious.
Overall, it was a very good trip. We loved Rajasthan and hopefully will be exploring South next year. I highly recommend Vijay as driver for Rajasthan. With them, we felt in safe hands all the time. Mr. Singh can be contacted via email - firstname.lastname@example.org
