Located on the quiet northern end of the boardwalk, this big, curvaceous building has only oceanfront rooms with balconies—and plenty of pools, eateries, and activities to keep everyone content. The new white and burgundy bedding gives the place a fresher look. All the rooms have new flatscreen TVs, kitchenettes, and space for boogie boards and beach towels. If I were to quibble, it would be about the lack of privacy on the balconies; a bit of screening and wrought iron fencing is all that separates them. Signature rooms on the upper floors add a little luxury such as turndown service and complimentary bottled water. Jacuzzi suites feature small jetted tubs in the corner of the bedroom. Balconies on the top floor are outfitted with lounge chairs—but offer no protection from the sun.
