Want to hang out where all the Las Vegas bartenders—er, “mixologists” —hang out? The local watering hole is where you’ll find the city’s best drink slingers, as well as other industry folk, when they want someone else to make a drink for them. Owner and head bartender Nectaly Mendoza has won numerous awards for his innovative and cool cocktail program that reads as it came straight from a speakeasy. Drink your way through history with classics such as the Pimm’s Cup or the Boulevardier all the way through the tiki craze, all artfully made with select spirits and fresh ingredients. While you’re there, nosh on a steak or Italian-inspired small plates for a full experience. It’s open Monday through Saturday from 5pm until 3am, closed Sunday and major holidays.
