I would be hard pressed to say which restaurant has the best views of Victoria Harbor and Hong Kong's fabled skyline, but this restaurant on The Peak would certainly be a top contender for its breathtaking panoramas. Open since 1994 and undergoing recent renovations that added more space for the kids' play corner (testimony to this restaurant's popularity among families) and a new patisserie with an expanded dessert menu, this airy, two-level restaurant specializes in international cuisines designed to attract Peak visitors from around the globe. Salads, imported oysters, sustainable seafood ranging from barramundi from Australia to lobster from Canada, sushi, pizza, Asian noodles, pasta, curries, tandoori, grilled steaks, fish and chips, ribs, and more are available from the open kitchen. On Saturdays from 2:30 to 5:30pm, there's a new Afternoon Tea Buffet for HK$188, providing the option for a bargain-priced late lunch or early dinner. In any case, try to make reservations for a ringside table on the second floor (otherwise, outdoor tables are often easier to snag).
