Getting There

By Car -- Geneva is south of I-90 along Route 14 and right on routes 5 and 20, coming either west from Seneca Falls or east from Canandaigua.

By Bus -- Greyhound and Trailways deposit and pick up passengers at the Chalet Coffee Pot, 48 Lake St., Geneva (tel. 315/789-2582).

The Finger Lakes Railway, with trains operated by the central New York chapter of the National Railway Historical Society, offers occasional scenic trips through Cayuga and Seneca counties, including nine different Memorial Day Weekend excursions (for example, btwn Cayuga and Waterloo, and btwn Skaneateles and Solvay) and themed passenger trains (such as "Cartoon Capers," or "Ride the Rails with 19th-Century Women's Rights Enactors").
