There are few better spots to see the day fall into night than at this rustic seaside restaurant, which sits on the water at the southwestern corner of the island. I love the fresh mahi mahi and red snapper, the grilled lobster, and the mofongo stuffed with shrimp. There is a front bar, where televised sports and good natured gossip are on tap along with burgers, nachos, and pasta. The service is always well-intentioned, but sometimes slow. But with the sun fading over the western horizon, and the water lapping at the dock beside your table, you won’t be in a hurry anyway.
