Attention hungry travelers: this is one of the few restaurants on Bermuda with continuous service from 11am in the morning until 11:30pm at night. (Most island restos shutter between lunch and dinner, and well before 11:30 pm). It’s also a very pleasant spot for a nibble, with swish living-room-like décor (it is set in the lobby of the Fairmont).  Come evening there’s sometimes live music, and the bar part of the equation comes to the fore; this laid-back lounge has a very good craft cocktail menu. We’d suggest pairing their Bermuda Old Fashioned (with Maker’s Mark, Gosling’s Old Reserve rum, angustora bitters and raw sugar) with the “Serious Burger”, a big hunk of charred meat topped with Applewood smoked bacon, aged cheddar, roasted garlic aioli and a fried egg).
